After days of the Madinans waiting in the heat, a Jewish man on a hillock spots the travellers and the town rushes out. The Prophet ﷺ stays four days at Quba’ and lays the foundation of its mosque; ‘Ali, having returned the trusts left with the Prophet, catches up with him there.
