After a flood damages the Ka’bah, Quraish rebuild it. The clans nearly come to blows over who will set the Black Stone in place, until they agree to let the next man to enter decide. It is Muhammad, “al-Amin”, the trustworthy: he places the stone on a cloak, has every clan lift it together, and sets it with his own hands.
